Here's the stuff we've actually built. Not just pretty renders - these are buildings you can walk into, touch, and actually use. We're pretty proud of 'em.
Took a 1920s fish processing warehouse that was basically falling apart and turned it into workspace people actually wanna spend time in. Kept the old timber beams, brick walls - all that character stuff - while making it earthquake-safe and energy efficient.
"They managed to keep everything we loved about the old building while making it work for modern needs. Didn't think it was possible."
Built this one from scratch for a tech manufacturing company that needed serious climate control and clean room capabilities. Ground-up design meant we could bake sustainability into every decision instead of retrofitting later.
"Our energy bills are literally a quarter of what we budgeted. The building basically runs itself."
This 1912 printing house was on the city's 'at risk' heritage list when we got involved. Client wanted mixed-use - retail below, offices above. Tricky part was upgrading everything without losing the protected facade and interior details.
Former textile warehouse converted into a working brewery with taproom. Had to deal with some gnarly plumbing requirements, heavy equipment loads, and making sure the production side didn't interfere with the public space vibe.
"They understood brewing operations better than some brewery consultants we've worked with. Everything just works."
Whether it's a heritage building that needs some love or a brand new industrial facility, let's chat about what you're trying to do. We're pretty good at figuring this stuff out.
